Client Brief & Project Scope

Our client required a robust and flexible security solution that could effectively cover multiple buildings across their estate—including the main house, outbuildings, a gym, barn, and stables. With both safety and convenience in mind, we designed a Pyronix wireless system that ensures full coverage and ease of control for the homeowner.

System Design & Components
The comprehensive installation consisted of:

  • 2 Main Control Panels: One for the main house and one for the outbuildings (including barn, gym, and stables).
  • Extender Panels: Installed in the outbuildings to ensure full signal coverage across the expansive area.
  • Over 100 Devices including:
    • Door Contacts (standard and heavy-duty external)
    • PIR Motion Sensors
    • Smoke Alarms
    • Heat Alarms
    • CO₂ Detectors
    • Leak Detectors (specifically for the swimming pool filtration room)

This solution provides extensive protection for the entire property, both inside and out.

Installation & Configuration
The full system was installed over the course of one week by our expert engineers. Following the installation, we carried out a comprehensive programming and configuration of all devices. The system is now fully zoned and allows the client to manage and monitor different areas independently—offering flexibility and peace of mind.
